It’s also important that you keep your account details accurate and up to date. MedUk reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, you will not be charged.

We aim to keep www.meduk.co.uk running smoothly at all times. However, access may occasionally be interrupted for updates, maintenance, or improvements. While we strive to minimise downtime, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of internet services.

3. Limited Licence to Use the Website

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable licence to access and use the website for personal purposes only. This does not include permission to:

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to images, text, code, and data compilations, is owned by MedUk or our partners and protected under UK and international copyright laws. Creating your own collection or database using our website content is also prohibited.

6. Bladed Items Policy

To comply with UK law, we do not sell knives or bladed items to individuals under the age of 18. MedUk may request proof of age before processing such orders and reserves the right to refuse supply if there are concerns over age or safety.

7. Discounts and Voucher Codes

Only one voucher or discount code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions or exchanged for cash. Voucher codes and loyalty points may expire—please check terms or contact customer service for further details. Some exclusions apply.⸻

Terms Relating to Product Sales

• By accepting goods, you agree to the terms outlined here.

• Credit accounts may be opened upon approval, including trade references and banking details.

• Public bodies and voluntary organisations may be approved for account access with the appropriate documentation.

• Invoices for credit accounts are payable within 28 days unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may incur interest charges (5% above the base rate).

• Ownership of products remains with MedUk until full payment is received, though risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

• We reserve the right to suspend delivery if payment terms are not met.

Delivery and Returns

• Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. MedUk is not liable for losses due to delays.

• Prices exclude VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated.

• VAT-exempt customers must provide valid documentation with their order; otherwise, VAT will be applied and cannot be refunded.

• Products may vary slightly from images or descriptions.

• Sale or special-order items are non-returnable.

Reporting Issues & Returns

• Any issues (e.g. damage, shortages, incorrect items) must be reported within five working days of delivery.

• Items must be authorised for return with a Goods Return Number. A restocking fee (minimum 10%) may apply.

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Damaged or incomplete returns will not be refunded.

• Returned items that are not faulty will not have shipping costs refunded.

Cancellations and Amendments

• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed unless approved by MedUk, and any such changes may be subject to an administration fee.

• No refunds will be offered for orders placed during high-demand periods (e.g. viral outbreaks) for outbreak-specific goods.

Guarantee & Warranty

• Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies to goods returned in perfect condition with original packaging. Faulty items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as listed alongside each product on our website. For more information on the product specific warranty, please contact us

• Items returned without prior authorisation will not be credited.

• Refunds or exchanges for bladed products are not accepted unless faulty and compliant with legal and safety policies.
