Free Standard UK Delivery on Orders over £100 

All orders are sent using a Tracked Delivery Service and are delivered Monday - Saturday (exc. Bank or Public Holidays). Your delivery time frame will begin from the following working day if the order is placed after 11am. A signature is not currently required at the point of delivery.

Standard Delivery

£4.95 or FREE on orders over £100

  • Orders will usually arrive between 3 - 5 working days after placing your order.
  • Orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday on a Tracked48 service. 
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm and a tracking number.
  • Please note: Standard delivery time frames are approximate.

An Important Message From The MedUK Team:
Sometimes we may face shipping delays from our suppliers for popular products which means your delivery may fall outside of our standard timescale.
If any item on your order is affected by one of these delays we will try to contact you to discuss an alternative either by phone or email. If you’ve paid for next day delivery, you will be refunded for this.

Christmas Opening Hours

Last Pre-Christmas Delivery Orders: 
Place your orders by 19th December for delivery before Christmas. 

Christmas and New Year Closures: 

  • Closed from 22nd to 28th December. 
  • Reopen on 29th December, with half-day hours (closing at midday on both 30th and 31st December). 
  • Closed on 1st January. 

Reopening for the New Year: 
Back to regular business hours from 2nd January. 

Delivery During the Holidays: 
We cannot guarantee deliveries between Christmas and New Year. 

Returns

We accept returns if something isn’t quite right. We offer a full refund on items excluding delivery and;

Are returned to us within 28 days of receipt

Are returned to us in perfect condition (we can only accept a return if it is unused)

If the product is faulty or damaged on arrival*

We can arrange a tracked collection for £7.95 (excluding VAT), or alternatively, you may return the item at your own expense to the address we will provide. Please ensure the return is sent via a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels until they arrive at our facility. Any lost items during transit will be at the buyer’s risk. Any items outside of these terms are at the discretion of your account manager and may incur a 10% restocking fee.

In accordance with your statutory rights, you may return products :

where there has been an error in the price or description of the product ordered or they are otherwise not as described; or

the product is faulty (i.e unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose).

Please note that we will be unable to accept returns of sealed goods for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened by you after delivery.

You are entitled to a refund where the products are returned to us within 28 days of purchase. After 28 days, you are entitled to a replacement product only.

If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as "received damaged".

If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened, please make us aware within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting our Customer Care Team [email protected]

Please note that we may require images and/or videos of any damage for our records and may need to collect the product(s) for testing before a replacement or refund is issued. 

13.5 RETURNS

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please email us with your order number, name and contact details. Include a description of the reason for return and if you wish to have a replacement.

Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please always retain proof of postage until your exchange/ refund has been processed.

If you require a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the products within fourteen (14) working days of receiving your returned products.

Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.

When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply.
